It was another hot day when we arrived at The Ferry House on Friday with six club boats already there. Saturday was a cooler cloudy day, three more boats arrived and we sat outside most of day. Bill and Graham provided music in the afternoon with me playing some Shadows tunes. Ken Jen and Jane, Ray and Margaret, John and Fay and Roger came by car. The weather brightened up early evening and we all sat outside for the evening meal. Several of us stayed in the pub for the 11pm frustrating England v Norway World cup game which England won 2-1. The sun returned on Sunday and we sat outside and Bim provided some music. Another enjoyable club meet. Looking forward to Beccles Fun day and our extended stay at the yacht station.
