Thirteen boats (Fourteen with Malcome moored at staithe) attended this sunny weekend.

We arrived on Friday to find 8 boats already moored and joined everyone sitting behind the windbreaks out of the cool breeze with Steve and Angela who had come down by car.

​

The cool breeze continued on Saturday but still sunny. We put up two gazebos and spent most of the day again sitting behind the windbreaks. Four more boats arrived during the day and Colin and Chris, David and Linda, Ray and Margaret and Roger arrived in their cars.

​

BBQ's were lit about 5pm and most of us ate outside.

​

We packed into the gazebos for the evening just managing to get everyone seated for an evening of music by Bim and myself with two spots from Kath. Bim also entertained us with some monologues. We wrapped it up about 11.15 after an enjoyable evening.

​

On Sunday, Dave and Barbara, Mike and Denise, Jim, Ken and Jen and ourselves moved down to Staithe and spent the day sitting out on the quay chatting over a few drinks. Wayne and Tania came in on their boat and Steve and Angela walked down to join us.

​

We all left the staithe moorings on Monday after a very pleasant weekend.
